Licensing
Software program licencing includes installations on up to 3 computer systems with downloads to be completed within a 6 month period. Login requests will be honored during the 6 month period. You may contact support@dishnetpc.com for assistance with a login retrieval.
    
Privacy
DishNetPC fully respects users' privacy. Your information will in no way be shared, rented, sold, transferred nor distributed in any way, shape, or form. You may receive notifications from time to time alerting you of new software updates.
  
How We Collect and Use Information
DishNetPC collects information in several ways. During registration, DishNetPC asks for information such as your name and email address. This is to be used only by DishNetPC to update you with new channels, news or information.
  
Anti-Spam Policy
DishNetPC, its affiliates or other agents working on its behalf may occasionally send you e-mail about products and services. However, DishNetPC does not condone the sending of spam or unsolicited commercial email. You may opt out or unsubscribe from our service information updates by clicking the opt-out link provided with each email or by sending an email to support@dishnetpc.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line of the message.
  
Returns
You may receive a full refund for any boxed software product returned within 15 days from the date/time of purchase. Boxed software titles that are returned for a refund must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Refunds for downloadable software are not authorized for return once the product has been installed. You may receive a full refund for the amount of purchase, within 15 days from the time/date of purchase, for any software that is not compatible with your operating system. In the event of a refund, the software will be deactivated and new updates will no longer be available, including new channels and/or software upgrades.
